Relationships are important. Whether the relationship with our spouse, a child, or ourselves; relationships are important. Whatever the reason for treatment, personal therapy may offer the solutions you are looking for to help you bring about the positive change you desire. Therapy offers a renewed understanding of life issues such as grief, self-esteem, addictions and codependency.

I provide psychotherapy for individuals, groups, couples and children. I also focus treatment on addiction, recovery, codependency and a variety of other “12-step” issues. I have more than twelve years experience in the recovery field and I am ready to apply my experience, training and education to your personal challenges with addiction, or to the challenges of a loved one who may be struggling with their own issues. I also provide counseling for male adolescents who are dealing with the difficulties during this transitional period in their lives. I apply a variety of therapeutic models and styles of treatment to better facilitate a more personalized approach to your therapy. I believe that every client is unique, and that each person presents a new and distinct opportunity to nurture growth and to inspire a positive transformation.
